Do you think you have what it takes to host TWIN CITIES LIVE? Here's your chance!
1. Submit an amateur video answering all of the questions we provided below. Make sure to show some personality! Upload your video here before 11:59 pm on Friday, February 1.
2. We'll pick up to 20 semi-finalists to come to the 5 EYEWITNESS NEWS Studios on Saturday, February 9 to audition with Elizabeth.
3. TWIN CITIES LIVE staff will be present at those auditions and will pick their 5 favorite semi-finalists to co-host an episode of TWIN CITIES LIVE during the week of February 18. Plus, you'll be in front of a live studio audience!
Your video submission must be less than 5 minutes and answer the following questions:
-Your name
-Where you live
-What you do for a living
-What your "best kept secret" in the area is
-Who would you love to interview?
-Why do you want to guest co-host for the day?
-What's the weirdest situation you've been in?
Video files must be .avi, .dv, .mov, .qt, .mp4, .mpeg, .3gp, .asf, .wmv, or .mpg. The maximum file size cannot exceed 200 MB.
Common Questions
-Those entering must be at least 21 years of age or older as of Friday, February 1, 2013 and be a legal resident of Minnesota or Wisconsin.
-The five semi-finalists must be available for a morning or afternoon audition, not to exceed four hours, on Saturday, February 9, 2013.
-The five winners must be available to meet with Hubbard Broadcasting staff the week of February 11, 2013.
-Winners will receive up to 10 tickets to offer to friends and family interested in being in the TWIN CITIES LIVE audience the day the winner co-hosts.
