Steepery Tea Bar / The Tea Garden brought the "tea bar" concept to the Twin Cities in March of 2002 with its first location in Uptown Minneapolis, introducing many specialty teas to the area -- including bubble tea.

Bubble tea -- originating from Taiwan -- combines freshly brewed teas with a large variety of exotic natural fruit concentrates, shaken or blended, served cold with delicious chewy tapioca pearls at the bottom.  As you drink, the tapioca pearls come up through a big fat straw, so you can eat and drink at the same time! 

Steepery Tea Bar / The Tea Garden also carries over 50 varieties of specialty loose leaf tea from around the world.  Loose leaf tea can be brewed-to-go, in a pot, or purchased in bulk to take home.

Coolers, shakes, chais, fruit teas, and tea lattes expand the drink menus -- all of which become bubble teas when bubbles are added (bubbles are optional).  Bubbles also come in a variety of flavored jellies.
