TWIN CITIES LIVE - FOOD FASHION FUN IN THE SUN SWEEPSTAKES

OFFICIAL RULES

1. HOW TO ENTER. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. There are three (3) ways to receive Twin Cities Live sunglasses. A total of 10,000 pairs of sunglasses will be available.

a. Twin Cities Live Events. Stop by a Twin Cities Live event (events posted on www.twincitieslive.com) and pick up a pair of Twin Cities Live sunglasses, while supplies last.

b. Be a Member of Twin Cities Live Studio Audience. Be a part of the Twin Cities Live audience (openings listed on www.twincitieslive.com) and pick up a pair of Twin Cities Live sunglasses, while supplies last.

c. KSTP-TV Studio. Stop by the KSTP-TV Studios, 3415 University Avenue, St. Paul, Minnesota, between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and pick up a pair of Twin Cities Live sunglasses, while supplies last.

To enter this contest, take a picture of yourself wearing the Twin Cities Live sunglasses received pursuant to Paragraph 1 (a), (b) or (c) above and go to www.twincitieslive.com, click on the "contests" icon, click on "Food Fashion Fun in the Sun" and complete the entry form, and upload the picture. Entries will be accepted from 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 7, 2012, through 12:00 p.m./Noon on Friday, August 17, 2012. KSTP-TV is not responsible for problems accessing the www.twincitieslive.com web site, for technical or atmospheric conditions that disrupt the completion of the entry, or any other problems which might or might not result from this contest. Limit, one entry per person; any person submitting more than one may be disqualified from the entire contest.

2. HOW THE WINNERS ARE CHOSEN

a. Entries Featured on Twin Cities Live. From all eligible entries received pursuant to Paragraph 1 above, one (1) entry will be randomly drawn at the Twin Cities Live Studios each Monday-Friday from Monday, June 18, 2012, through Friday, August 17, 2012, and featured on Twin Cities Live. Each entry that is featured on Twin Cities Live will receive the prize as listed in Paragraph 3 (a) below. There will be a total of fifty (50) daily winners. Limit, one daily winner per household.

b. Grand Prize Winner: From all eligible entries received pursuant to Paragraph 1 above, one (1) name will be randomly drawn on Monday, August 20, 2012, at 9:00 a.m. to be the winner. The winner will be notified by telephone and/or email.

3. PRIZES:

a. Daily Winners. There will be a total of forty-five (45) daily winners. Each daily winner will receive a Twin Cities Live t-shirt; value of each t-shirt is $5.00.

b. Grand Prize. There will be one (1) grand prize winner. The winner will receive a certificate from Delta Vacations redeemable for four (4) roundtrip airline tickets from Minneapolis, Minnesota, to anywhere Delta Air Lines flies in the 48 contiguous United States (valued at up to $500 each/total value up to $2,000) and hotel accommodations for four (4) at the hotel of the winner's choice offered by Delta Vacations in the U. S. 48, and car rental (if applicable) (valued at up to $1,000). Please note: must be at least 23 years of age or older for car rental portion of prize, and have a valid driver's license and proof of insurance. The trip must be booked by August 1, 2013, and taken by August 31, 2013. All other expenses (including, without limitation, ground transportation, telephone charges, food and beverages, movies, etc., and all federal, state and local taxes (including applicable income taxes) incurred are the winner's sole responsibility. The vacation package is non-refundable and non-transferable. Tickets and hotel certificates issued in conjunction with this contest have zero cash value. Delta Vacations will provide air transportation via Delta Air Lines from any city in the U. S. 48. Travel is permitted on DL designated flights operated by Delta Air Lines, KLM, Compass, Pinnacle, KLM City Hopper, ASA, Freedom, Comair, SkyWest, Chautauqua or Shuttle America. Travel via other DL designated affiliated partner flights is not permitted. The winner shall be responsible for travel to and from the airport served by such flights. Travel is not permitted on the following dates: 2012 - November 17-13, December 18-31; 2013 - March 10-31. Cannot be applied towards previously purchased trip. The certificate may not be combined with any other coupon, certificates, discount, bonus, infant fare, upgrade, SkyMiles air travel award or promotional offers/tickets. The certificate is not valid with Miscellaneous Charge Orders or prepaid tickets. Trip certificate is not applicable to Ski; Dive; Asia Escorted Tours, Globus family of brands, including Globus, Cosmos, Monograms and Avalon. The certificate cannot be sold or transferred. Purchased certificates are subject to confiscation and the winner will not be allowed to travel. Only original certificates will be accepted. Certificates will not be replaced. Void if altered. Travel must be roundtrip. Reservations must be made and ticket issued prior to departure. Booking and travel dates must fall into the range as specified on the front of the certificate. Delta Vacations must issue all travel documentation. Certificate may only be applied towards number of passengers specified on the certificate; passengers must travel on the same itinerary and must be booked through Delta Vacations. Any unused portion of the certificate will not be refunded and cannot be used towards another booking or another service component. Travel agent commission is not paid/earned on a free trip value, taxes and fees. If booking exceeds certificate value, the winner is responsible for any balance due and must be paid in full at time of booking. Hotel taxes, state and federal income taxes may apply and are the sole responsibility of the winner. Changes to reservations, once made, are not permitted. Checked luggage fees may apply, fees are charged each way and are subject to change. A per ticket surcharge will apply for paper tickets issued in markets where electronic ticketing is available. Substitutions will not be allowed. Space is subject to availability. SkyMiles mileage credit will be awarded. Flight schedules are subject to change without notice. Delta Vacations is the final authority on the interpretation of these terms and conditions and reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without prior notice. If a winner and/or his/her guest miss the initial flight as scheduled, the winner will forfeit the prize. If the winner and/or his/her guest is not present for the designated return flight, he/she is solely responsible for his/her return to Minnesota. This contest is subject to all applicable policies, practices and procedures of Sun Country Airlines.

A qualified winner must also meet the eligibility requirements as set forth in Paragraph 5 of these rules. A 1099 may be submitted to all appropriate taxing authorities, and by signing the Prize Release, the winner accepts the prize, and even if the winner does not use the prize/trip, he/she will be responsible for the applicable taxes.

Odds of winning are dependent on the number of eligible entries received.

4. CLAIMING YOUR PRIZE: The t-shirts will be mailed to the entrant's submitted address. KSTP-TV is not responsible for problems resulting from the mailing of the prize to the winners' home address. The grand prize winner must claim his/her prize in person at the KSTP-TV Studios, 3415 University Avenue, St. Paul, Minnesota 55114, during normal business hours (Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.) within ten (10) business days of the day he/she wins. Failure to comply with this deadline shall be deemed to be the winner's forfeiture of his or her right to claim a prize and another winner will be chosen. The winner must present identification acceptable to KSTP-TV (e.g., state drivers license; state issued identification card; valid passport with address verification; or birth certificate with social security card and photo identification and address verification). If a qualifier winner cannot prove he or she is qualified to accept the prize, the prize will not be awarded. Any unclaimed prize remains the property of Twin Cities Live.

5. ELIGIBILITY: Individuals must be 18 years or older and residents of Minnesota or Wisconsin in order to be eligible to participate in this contest. Employees of Hubbard Broadcasting, Inc., KSTP-TV, LLC and Delta Vacations, including their subsidiaries, affiliates, parent or related companies, and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter. In order to be eligible to win a prize in this contest, you cannot have won and accepted any prize from Twin Cities Live within 30 days prior to the awarding of a prize to you in this contest, or won and accepted any prize or combination of prizes with a total stated value of $1,000.00 or more from Twin Cities Live within 365 days prior to the awarding of a prize to you in this contest.

By entering this contest, each entrant is certifying that he or she is not a professional photographer, that the submitted photograph is his or her own original work, and that he or she has the right to allow the publication of the photograph without restriction, and that KSTP-TV's use of the photograph will not infringe the rights of any third parties (e.g., copyrights, rights of publicity, etc.).

6. CONTEST DEADLINE. All entries must be received by Twin Cities Live no later than 12:00 p.m./Noon on Friday, August 17, 2012.

7. RELEASE; CONSENT TO USE LIKENESS, VOICE AND ADDRESS: The winner must execute an affidavit of eligibility. Each person entering this contest (a) agrees to release and indemnify Hubbard Broadcasting, Inc., KSTP-TV, LLC and Delta Vacations (including their subsidiaries, affiliates, parent or related companies) from and against any and all liability, claims, damages and actions arising directly or indirectly out of or sustained in connection with the awarding, acceptance or use of the prize(s), and (b) consents to the use by KSTP-TV for promotional purposes only of his likeness and/or voice, address (city and state) and his or her contest entry in any manner or medium without any additional compensation. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to be bound by these official rules, including the above release.

8. WINNER LIST: For the name of the grand prize winner, send a separate self-addressed, stamped envelope before September 30, 2012, to Winners List, Twin Cities Live, Food Fashion Fun in the Sun Sweepstakes, 3415 University Avenue, St. Paul, Minnesota 55114.


9. MISCELLANEOUS:

Decisions of KSTP-TV concerning any and all matters with respect to this contest shall be final. KSTP-TV reserves the right to change these rules, as well as the terms and conditions of this contest, without notice. KSTP-TV reserves the right to change the prize values at any time, or to substitute prizes of comparable value. Contest void where prohibited or otherwise restricted by law. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable. KSTP-TV is not responsible for printing errors in the contest materials or these official rules.
